Dosage- 15Mg -45Mg OD

Pioglitazone is an oral anti diabetic drug that rdecreses the glucose level in the blood. Pioglitazone is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes alone or combination with other oral anti diabetic medicines

  • LOSS OF APPETITE
  • LOW BLOOD SUGAR (HYPOGLYCEMIA)
  • MALAISE
  • MUSCLE PAIN , BACK PAIN
  • SHORTNESS OF BREATH
  • SORE THROAT (PHARYNGITIS)
  • SWELLING (EDEMA), WHEN USED IN COMBINATION WITH SULFONYLUREA OR INSULIN
